Tim has been working within the property industry for over 10 years and has lived in Worthing all his life, providing him with all round knowledge of the Town and surrounding areas.

He has worked his way through the ranks at both local independent and national corporate companies. He started his career in estate agency as a negotiator and has worked his way up to managing busy town centre offices.

Tim believes strongly in the service and attention to detail which is why he fits in so well at Village Estates helping them maintain and enhance their already well known reputation for caring service. Tim is also a qualified mortgage broker and is currently working towards his certificate in Energy Efficiency
