Michelle has lived in Worthing for most of her life and began her career in the Financial Services profession processing mortgage applications at the Halifax. After 9 years, she moved to Standard life Assurance Company where she gained experience in all aspects of life assurance, investments, pensions and mortgages. Michelle joined Nsure Financial Services in July 2004 as an administrator and has progressed to her current role as Office Manager responsible for the day to day management of our financial services staff. Since joining Nsure, she has studied for the Financial Planning Certificate and became fully qualified in April 2005. Michelle has outstanding customer service skills drawing on her extensive knowledge of the industry to ensure we deal with clients efficiently at all times. She is currently taking the Level 3 NVQ in Management to acknowledge her skills and the benefit to our organisation.
