Roger joined the Halifax Building Society in their London Strand branch at start of 1975 as trainee manager. He then worked for the Bradford & Bingley Building Society as Assistant Branch Manager in Bromley Kent start 1977 and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager for Wembley in 1979 before moving to their Bexleyheath branch in 1982. Having decided he wished to offer independent advice, in 1984 he started own business as an IFA based in Dartford Kent. He built his business primarily by being recommended to clients of local accountants and dealing with small businesses and the self employed in the Dartford and surrounding area. Roger moved to Worthing in 1998 and merged his business with Vision Financial Services in 1999. He joined us at start of 2005 as a administrator following the acquisition of Vision Financial Services.
